+ - What is TGL?

TGL stands for The Good Life Company. At TGL Co., we emphatically believe that the world’s finest teas and blends should be an everyday luxury that celebrate sophistication, tranquillity and good health.

And that is why we are devoted to bringing an articulate revival to the known tea experience by sourcing `the best teas in the world and masterfully blending them with innovative flavours and botanicals.

It is no coincidence that our logo too symbolises the Ancient Tea Horse route which first enabled teas to travel beyond China. We want to take it much further. Into a new era of unwavering excellence. Towards the rapidly increasing tribe of tea aficionados. To re-imagine it, no longer as a legacy drink, instead as one that entices, excites and rejuvenates.

+ - Where do you get your teas from?

We source our teas from where they grow best, which creates a high quality brew that sings with distinctive aroma and flavour. We then surprise these teas with infusions of thoughtfully selected botanicals and flavours that create a sensational harmony on your palate.

Some of the countries we currently source our teas from are China, Japan, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, India. Most of the flowers and fruits used in our tea blends are sourced from across Europe, to ensure that only the best goes in every cup you drink!

With every brew and blend, we’re reviving the concept of tea and taking it places to where it has never been before.

SHIPPING ORDERS

+ - Can I pay by cash on delivery?

Yes, it is possible. We use our delivery partners for providing the service. We, however don’t use cash on delivery for orders outside UAE.

+ - How long will my order take to deliver?

The usual time of delivery within UAE is 24 hours, however we will confirm to you at the time of your order booking. For deliveries outside UAE and around GCC, it usually takes 4 working days, however, we confirm the same at the time of your order booking.

+ - Can I track my order?

Yes, we will give you the tracking number for you to track your order.

+ - Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order if it has not left the warehouse. It can be checked by writing to info@thegoodlifecompany.me and after receiving the confirmation from our side by way of return email.

+ - Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally, charges on actual are applicable and the same will be shared with you before dispatch.

+ - Where else can I buy your teas from?

There are currently available in cafes and restaurants of our partners, details can be checked under the heading collaborations.

RETURNS AND REFUND

+ - Can I return the teas I bought?

Yes, in the unlikely event that the tea we send to you arrives in defective packaging, is very late, or if we have shipped the incorrect tea, then you can initiate a return. Just write to us on info@thegoodifecompany.me to arrange for a pickup.

Will you refund my money, or offer another tea in replacement?

We will replace your tea with another one of your choice, or give you the credit in your account for a later purchase.
